These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of vehicle transport services by DPL Prestige] to the customer . By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.1. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
2.2. A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment (as agreed) has been received.
2.3. Payment Terms:
2.4. Late payment may delay collection or delivery and may incur storage or rescheduling fees.
3.1. Cancellations more than 48 hours before collection: Full refund.
3.2. Cancellations within 48 hours: Deposit non-refundable.
3.3. Once the vehicle is collected, full charges apply.
3.4. If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, for example poor weather conditions, a full refund will be offered, or rescheduling arranged at no extra cost.
4.1. You are responsible for ensuring that the collection and delivery locations are accessible for the transport vehicle.
4.2. You or an authorised person must be present at collection and delivery to sign documentation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3. We require a minimum of 2 working days notice to change collection or delivery arrangements.
5.1. The vehicle must be roadworthy (unless agreed otherwise), free of loose items, and must have sufficient ground clearance (min 10 cm).
5.2. A Condition Report will be completed at collection and delivery. You must inspect and sign it.
5.3. We are not liable for:

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal or vehicle information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection legislation. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required to fulfil our services or by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
